(JEONJU=NEWSIS) According to North Jeolla Province on October 9, it is carrying out the administrative process for establishing a logistics complex in Wanggung-myeon, Iksan City to build an effective logistics system and expand the land logistics infrastructure.

The construction of the Wanggung logistics complex will begin next March with KRW 70.7 billion of private capital.

The Wanggung logistics complex will create a regional logistics network along with the Wanju industrial complex and the national food cluster.

The logistics complex will become the logistics base for Iksan and Wanju and revitalize the regional economy by creating 850 new jobs and recording KRW 350 billion of production inducement effect.
