On February 9, Ulsan-si and Ulsan Center of Korea International Trade Association (KITA) announced that they will receive applications from companies who want to participate in HANNOVER MESSE 2024, to be held on April 22-26 in Germany.

HANNOVER MESSE 2024 is one of the world's largest exhibitions held under the theme of industrial development.

Last year, 130,000 people visited the exhibition, which was participated by about 4,000 companies from 156 countries.

The items exhibited include manufacturing machines and parts, industrial automation robots, factory automation, solutions for hydraulic and pneumatic technologies, and software, among others.

The City and KITA Ulsan Center plan to operate the Ulsan Pavilion within the Korean Pavilion to be set up at this year's exhibition in order to facilitate exports and investment, calling for applications from companies by February 15.

Small and medium-sized companies with their addresses registered in Ulsan are eligible to make applications.

The companies willing to participate can submit applications through the Ulsan Trade Support System (www.ultrade.kr).

The City and KITA Ulsan Center plan to select six companies by applying the 'MOTIE's criteria to select companies participating in overseas exhibitions'.

Selected companies will be provided with booth rental and equipment expenses, interpretation fees, one-way transportation costs for samples, and one-way flight ticket (one for each company).
