(DAEJEON=Yonhap News) Daejeon City and the Daejeon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Daejeon CCI) signed a business agreement on January 26 with five promising small- and medium-sized companies including CAVAC that wish to invest in the regional industrial complexes.
They will invest KRW 40 billion in relocating their headquarters, plants and research centers to Daedeok Techno Valley and the international science business belt district and create 124 new jobs.
They also agreed to cooperate to promote shared growth within the relevant industries.
The Daejeon CCI will proactively work with the companies and provide administrative and financial support to them.
