(DAEJEON=NEWSIS) Daejeon held a meeting with Daedeok Research Complex to discuss operation of a council for mutual cooperation and development on July 12, 2016.

Daejeon City government officials sat down with fourteen representatives from the research complex in charge of external cooperation to gather ideas on establishment of sub-committees, 10-year master plan for Daejeon's scientific technology, and the Daejeon Science Festival 2016.

Since established in February last year, the council has been held seven rounds of talks to seek ways for mutual cooperation and development.
