Daejeon to Implement Innostartup Nurturing Project for Young Business Starters

Daejeon City announced on August 1 that it will implement "Innostartup Nurturing Project" which supports young business starter with innovative ideas.

The City plans to select 10 people (teams) of young business starters aged between 18 and 39, with startup items in the field of radio communications, bio and robot intelligence, to provide support.

Once they are selected, they will be provided with startup education customed to the beginning and mid stage and one to one expert mentoring programs, along with a financial support of maximum 45 million won necessary for product development, verification and commercialization.

"We will provide unsparing support to the young founders to pave the way for their success," said Seon-hee Han, Director General of Science and Economy Bureau of the City.

The young founders who wish to participate in the Project can apply at the Creative Center for Economic Innovation in Daejeon by the 16th.
