According to Yonhap News,

Public Procurement Service (PPS) and Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) host an online expo showcasing Korea’s best quality disinfection and quarantine solutions on Nov 9-13. The expo, which has started since the year 2000 and grown into part of global events annually, takes place 100 % online this year to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

With a 3D virtual exhibition space at the presence of 112 enterprises, supplying diagnostic kits, quarantine products and innovative ideas to control infections, the expo runs a business meeting session and webinars for visitors. There are five digital showrooms where visitors can browse a variety of quarantine services presenting medical technologies, public healthcare solutions and diagnostic applications.

For the trade fair during the show, nearly 70 global buyers from US, Russia and India are expected to join online business meetings with Korean counterparts. The expo, which has already accepted 550 pre-scheduled meeting for trade, is highly anticipated to help increase export sales.

Under the theme of ‘post COVID-19 world’s public health care system’ and ‘the current and future trends of the global procurement market in connection with the global disease control efforts’, participants of the expo join web-based conferences.
