According to Yonhap News,

The city of Daejeon said on Dec 31, 2020 that a city-led project to form a local startup park was finally approved by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security (MPAS). Aiming to facilitate office spaces where local venture startups move into and kick off their entrepreneurial innovation, the city has long planned to spend nearly KRW 35 billion budgets forming a four story building on a 13,000 ㎡ site until the end of the year 2022.

City mayor said “We’ve pledged to make the city a great place to unlock business opportunities for entrepreneurs in Korea. It’s the first step on a path toward the goal we’ve disclosed. Startup Park Daejeon will let you gain a new growth momentum for the next quantum leap.”
