Data resources, equivalent in value to KRW 123 billion, are set to be provided for locally based small and mid-sized companies and startups.

The city of Daejeon announced the launch of a biz-support program, dubbed “Data-Voucher Program”, on Mar 12 designed to provide authorized access to data purchasing or processing for early stage startups in need of support to create data-driven innovative breakthroughs and develop new products and services.

The shortlistees are authorized to be given a data-purchasing voucher worth up to KRW 18 million and data-processing voucher valued up to KRW 70 million each after going through documentation screening process.
