Innopolis Daejeon to expand the scope of biz-support package to Science Belt

Innopolis Daejeon announced the widespread expansion of the scope and coverage of its biz-support package on Mar 22 which used to be limited to International Science-Business Belt, spreading across Sejong, Chungbuk, Cheongju, Cheonan city. The program covers Shing-dong and Doongok from this year.

As nearly 80 locally based businesses located near Doongok area are ready to break ground, the city authority is going into high gear to provide services. Spending as much as KRW 12.2 billion, Daejeon city steps in the overall business lifecycle from technology and product development, investment, marketing and HR training etc.

KRW 4.2 billion is scheduled to go to tech-companies based in Science Belt for product release. Another KRW 1 billion will be funneled in investment promotion targeting promising startups.
