According to Newsis,

The Korea Forest Welfare Institute announced that it would run a forest welfare international training project with KOICA for 25 Indonesian civil servants to bolster Healing Forest in Indonesia and ecological tourism.

The three-year project will include online training in 2022, an invitation training to Korea in 2023 and specialist dispatcher local training in 2024.

This year, the online training will educate the civil servants about the introduction of Healing Forest and the development of sustainable ecological tours, along with forest welfare seminars.

The KOICA's global training project often targets civil servants in developing countries; policy makers in the public field; and talents in research and technology.

Nam Tae-heon, director of the Korea Forest Welfare Institute, said, "The training will serve as a foundation to spread relevant exemplary cases in Korea and promote continued communication and harmony among global talents in the forest welfare sector."
