According to Yonhap News,

The '2023 Startup Korea Investment Week', connecting startups and investors, will be held in Daejeon on September 5-7.

According to the Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center on August 30, more than 500 startups, 100 domestic and foreign investors, 30 partners, investment and funding institutions, and universities will be participating in the event which will be held around Gung-dong, Yuseong-gu.

Application for participating in the event and one-on-one meeting with investors can be made on the website (siw.or.kr ).

The Center is planned to carry out various programs intended to spread the investment culture and encourage the will to establish a business.

On the first day, there will be an opening ceremony, street performances, keynote speeches, investment stories that startups need to know, and a bio conference with Merck, a global bio company.

On the second day, an IPO strategy seminar and an artificial intelligence and space industry conference will be held, followed by a global expansion strategy seminar on the last day.

In particular, Capital Street (financial, legal, and patent counseling), Investing Street (investment promotion counseling), and Supporting Street (government support counseling) will also be held to help startups resolve their concerns.
