Daejeon-si announced on September 14 that it will hold the 8th World Science Culture Forum at the National Science Museum on October 20-21 to enhance the city's status as a global science city and revitalize Daedeok Innopolis.

To mark the 50th anniversary of the launch of the Daedeok Innopolis, lectures will be delivered by 13 renowned domestic and foreign speakers under the theme of "Science! Embracing an Imaginary Future."

On the second day, there will be discussion on the subject of the Chat GPT Syndrome, a global issue, along with an operama performance, and communication with the audience about contents that combine art in the context of the metaverse and space age.

In addition, the popular broadcaster Tyler Rasch will hold a meeting with the audience on the subject of climate crisis related to the future of our lives to conclude the forum.
