According to Yonhap News,

On October 16, Daejeon-si announced that the "2023 Daejeon Science Festival" will be held at the Daejeon Convention Centeron October 20-22.

This year, under the topic of "Daejeon’s science technology! In the center of the world!", it will showcase various events that converge science and technology of Daedoek Innopolis, local high-tech industries and culture.

The venue consists of four zones: a high-tech industry + science experience zone, a science and culture zone, a science night zone, and a Daedeok Innopolis meeting zone.

The high-tech industry + science experience zone will introduce excellent innovative companies in Daejeon and provide space for showcasing achievements of government-funded research centers, etc. in the Daedeok Innopolis.

At the science and culture zone, the 14th Daejeon Genius Festival will be held, while street performances will be put on and science-based movies screend.

The science night zone and the Daedeok Innopolis meeting zone will feature science concerts and open markets for small businesses.
