Daejeon calls for participation of small business owners for live commerce support

According to Yonhap News,



On April 9, Daejeon-si announced it will call for participation of 20 local small businesses in its support project for the online live commerce broadcasting.

Those eligible for application are small business owners who have products that can be sold live commerce, and have their business registered in Daejeon according to their business registration certificate as of the date of this announcement.

If selected, the company can receive comprehensive support required for 1-hour broadcasting and production of detailed pages necessary for real-time broadcast sales.

The city will first receive applications to select 20 participating companies by May 10.

The applications can be made through Daejeon Biz, a small and medium-sized business support portal.

Daejeon-si has been supporting the expansion of online sales channels for small business owners through 'Live Daejeon Marketplace', a platform dedicated to Daejeon-type live commerce system established in December 2022, conducting 118 broadcasting in total.
