On December 23, Daejeon Techno Park (Daejeon TP) presented a short and mid-term strategy to foster Daejeon's six major strategic industries and future new industries and a strategy to push for next year's key tasks.

Today's presentation to foster 'ABCD+QR strategic industries' focused on the role of Daejeon TP to foster Daejeon's six major industries including Aerospace, Biohealth, Nano, Chips Defense, Quantum, and Robot and establishing plans by 2030.

Daejeon TP analyzed the development strategies of each industry reflecting regional industry conditions, competitiveness, and development directions for strategic industries, which provided a total of 24 strategic tasks, four for each of the six strategic industries.

Based on this result, Daejeon TP collect opinions from members and experts from various fields, and finalize its strategy in January next year.

Its Director said, "We should preemptively respond by laying the foundation for fostering the industry amid the rapidly changing internal and external conditions," adding that "this strategy establishment will be an important milestone for the systematic development of the future growth industries, and it will be an opportunity for Daejeon's six strategic industries to take a leap forward."
