On August 20, Daejeon-si signed an MOU on investment with six promising companies, securing a total investment of KRW 87.3 billion.

The companies involved in the agreement include GasRoad, MID, WorkerInSpace, InnoWill, Tomocube, and Pixoneer.

The agreement outlines the following: Relocation and new investment by the companies in Daejeon; City's support to ensure smooth investment progress; Creation of new jobs; and Mutual cooperation for the development of the local economy

GasRoad, a company specializing in combustion and propulsion systems development, InnoWill, a company developing and manufacturing ultra-efficient heat exchangers, and Pixoneer, a company specializing in military system software R&D, will settle in the Ansan Advanced Defense Industry Complex in Yuseong-gu .

Tomocube, a company based on holography-based technology, is planning to establish a presence in the Jangdae Urban Advanced Industrial Complex in Yuseong-gu.

WorkerInSpace, a company developing robotic satellites for space-based maintenance, is planning an investment in the Dungok Industrial Complex . Meanwhile, MID, a company specializing in ceramic materials for space-grade memory and high-reliability electronic component packaging, will expand its production capacity in the Pyeongchon General Industrial Complex in Seo-gu .

Daejeon Mayor stated, "We will continue to provide unwavering administrative and financial support to the companies that have made bold decisions and believed in Daejeon’s potential."
