DAEGU < invest Korea

(DAEGU=Newsis News) Daegu announced that a team of officials are conducting tourism promotion campaigns in Wuhan, China and Taipei City, Taiwan for five days starting from Sep 20, 2016.

The campaign is launched to encourage tourists to visit the city again next year, following the 2016 Visit Daegu - North Gyeongsang Year.

The campaign team will hold a presentation meeting in Wuhan and enter into cooperation agreements with three travel agencies which send the largest number of Chinese tourists to Korea.

In Taipei, the team from Daegu will invite travel agencies, airlines, and news media to an event to promote Daegu's tourist attractions and tour products.

Unique attractions of Daegu as well as Korean traditional culture experience programs, Korean food tours, romantic night tours, medical tours and UNESCO World Heritage tours will be introduced through the campaign.
