(SEJONG=Newsis News) Tenant companies of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk and Chungnam-Osong High-Tech Medical Complexes will now be able to take care of all administrative procedures at local government offices.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced November 28 that the Enforcement Decree and Rules of the amended Special Act on the Designation and Support of High-Tech Medical Complexes, which delegates the duty of providing tenant move-in reviews and approvals, land contracts, construction permits, and other administrative services to the local government, has been publicly announced and enforced.
The Enforcement Decree and Rules were amended to make it easier for High-Tech Medical Complex tenant companies to receive all necessary administrative services by providing them all in one location.
Yang Seon-il, head of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Health Industry Policy Department, noted, "it is expected that High-Tech Medical Complex tenant companies will be able to receive administrative services with greater speed and convenience."
