On May 26, the city announced it plans on providing information about Daegu companies, products and tourist events to Chinese people through the account.

The main screen will feature a promotional event as well as information under 3 categories: travel, products and the way of Daegu.

Also, in order to can more subscribers, the city will make a QR code to promote at different trade fairs and conferences.

Daegu will also be holding a promotional event for the city with Korea Tourism Organization on Weibo (微博) over the month of June.
