DAEGU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Daegu Urban Corporation (DUC) announced that it has signed an MOU for smart city development with Daegu Technopark, under the detailed agenda of business partnership, tech-support, feasibility analysis to find innovative models based upon advocacy planning, biz- support for ICT industry etc.

Both parties also reached a consensus to provide a guideline for smart city development in the wake of the coronavirus shock which has swept through the entire city for a few months. The MOU is valid for five years, and can be extended if deemed necessary.

The second phase of the construction project for the smart city development is now underway, following the initiation of the project in 2019.
