DCMI 2023 Daegu will be held in Daegu in November
Daegu Convention & Visitors Bureau and The commemorative association of the national debt redemption movement said on April 26th that they organize the 21st International Conference on Dublin Core and Metadata Applications (DCMI 2023).
Commemorating the 6th anniversary of the Archives of the National Debt Redemption Movement, registered in UNESCO as the world's documentary heritage, DCMI will be held from November 6th to 11th in Kyungpook National University.
Metadata is defined as the data providing information such as type, date, and location of photographic or video contents.
It will convene about 200 renowned metadata experts from broth home and abroad to have in-depth discussions on various topics.
Professor Emeritus Data modeling, Metadata design, Ontology Design at Sungkyunkwan university OH, SAM GYUN said, DCMI 2023 will serve as an opportunity to discuss metadata issues in a broad range of disciplines including library and information science, library and information science, the humanities, and social science, and at the same time spread the spirit of the National Debt Redemption Movement all around the world.
