Samsung Healthcare Startup Day in Daegu on July 17
Daegu city said on July 16 to host 'Samsung Healthcare Startup Day in Daegu' at Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center on July 17.
The city explained that this event is put together as part of open innovation of Samsung that wants to seek cooperation with local startups in software development.
Bringing together about 70 attendees including those from Samsung SDS Digital Health, local startups, and research labs, Samsung Healthcare Startup Day will be filled with Samsung's presentations on its digital health business, new business items and technologies, which will be followed by s networking session where attendees freely interact with each other.
"I hope this gathering will be a steppingstone to a welcome chance for local startups of medical and healthcare sectors to collaborate with the leading conglomerate.", said an official of the Daegu city.
