On April 8, the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups (MSS) announced that it will jointly hold the '2025 One-Stop Business Support Fair' with Daegu Metropolitan City at EXCO in Daegu on April 8-9.

This fair is a comprehensive business support exhibition that provides a one-stop platform for local SMEs to engage in purchasing, exports, investment, recruitment, and problem-solving consultations.

The fair featured over 300 participants, including public organizations, large and medium-sized enterprises, overseas buyers, and venture capitalists (VCs).

More than 400 SMEs will be participating, with a variety of programs such as purchase and export consultations, investment meetings, and a job fair booth.

The event also introduced new programs, including a legal consultation for local SMEs and a program to support companies who are new to export by supporting the creation digital catalogs with English translations.

Furthermore, a startup investment briefing was organized, where over 30 institutions, including VCs, accelerators (ACs), and angel investors, provided one-on-one investment consultations for more than 60 startups.

In collaboration with the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Angel Investment Hub, investment attraction consultations for early-stage companies were also held.

An official from the ministry said, "This fair offers a great opportunity for small and medium enterprises to identify the support they need and receive practical assistance. We will continue to collaborate with local governments to help regional SMEs and startups grow into key players in our economy."
