The event was conducted as a program of the '2026 K-Beauty Industry Conference' arranged by the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hiroshima. Approximately 100 participants, including officials from K-beauty enterprises and general attendees, visited the venue.

In the first session of the conference, congratulatory remarks by the Deputy Mayor of Hiroshima were followed by a presentation on Japanese beauty industry trends by the Japan Cosmetic Industry Association.
