KGC Held a Groundbreaking in Daegu Innovative City

According to Yonhap News,

Korea Gas Corporation (KGC), one of the 11 public institutions scheduled to move to Dong-gu, Daegu Innovative City, held a groundbreaking.

KGC, the largest corporation among 11 institutions, will complete to construct its 13 story-building by June, 2014.

A total of 286.9 billion won will be invested to build the 80.000 square meter-building.

The building will be an environmentally-friendly building, being acquired the first-grade energy efficiency and intelligent labels and the best-grade in high-speed information communications.

KGC has about 3,000 staffs, recording annual sales of 28 trillion won.

KGC, established in 1983, has developed into a global energy company with the largest LNG purchasing power in the world and its excellent management capabilities.                 

Daegu Innovative City is a newly established, planned city on a 4.21 million square meter-site in Daegu with a comprehensive cutting-edge medical complex, and industrial, academic and research clusters to be built.
