DAEGU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Daegu Exhibition Convention Center (EXCO) enjoys great benefits from the expansion of its exhibition hall.

EXCO's exhibition area, expanded from the previous 11,600 square meters to 22,700 square meters in May 2011, lead to more exhibition events and international conferences, contributing a lot to the regional economy, according to Daegu City.

Since the expansion, Daegu has been selected to host major events - the Korea Green Keeper Exhibition, International Congress of Entomology, International Biotechnology Symposium and Exhibition, National Skills Competition and Design Korea in 2012, International Exhibition on Water Sewage and World Energy Council in 2013 and World Water Forum in 2015.

In addition, EXCO will aggressively engage in supporting Daegu's regional exhibitions including Korea Energy EXPO, Daegu International Textile Fair, International Fire & Safety EXPO and Daegu International Optical Show to develop into global events.
