According to Yonhap News,

Daegu and north Gyeongsang Province (Gyeongbuk) co-host the 13th Daegu International Automatic Machinery Industry Expo, the International Materials & Components Industry Show 2012 and the 1st International Robot Industry Expo from Thursday to Saturday at Daegu Exhibition Convention Center.

About 150 companies operate 400 booths to display their high-end products including factory automation system, machine tools, molding and packing machines and agricultural machinery at the Daegu International Automatic Machinery Industry Expo.

The International Materials & Components Industry Show attracts 100 companies that manufacture components for mechatronics, electricity & electronics, ceramics, metal, bike and aerospace industries.

Lastly, 50 companies attend the International Robot Industry Expo to show various robots integrated with IT.

"We will promote our strengths in machinery, metal, materials & components and robots to all around the world," said Daegu Mayor Kim Beom-il.
