The Daegu Gyeongbuk Medical Innovation Foundation (DGMIF) will provide subsidies to support the research and development (R&D) activities of the institutes and companies that will move into Medivalley. The subsidies will be given to entities in two fields: the joint R&D of high-tech medical equipment; and joint R&D to optimize existing medicine substitution substances.

Institutes or companies wishing to apply are required to submit applications at the DGMIF website (www.medivalley.re.kr). DGMIF will select two entities in each area and provide KRW 200 ~ 300 million annually to support their R&D activities.

“We will do our best to develop firms and institutes that will move into Medivalley into leading entities in their fields,” said a DGMIF official.
