Kimdaejung Convention Center recorded the biggest revenue since it first opened.

On Feb. 27, the center said that last year's revenue recorded KRW 20.6 billion, 17.5 percent up from KRW 17.6 billion in the previous year.

Annual revenue also hit the highest, exceeding 2019's KRW 18.8 billion before COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the operation rate of the exhibition was 55.1 percent, which increased by 14.4 percentage points year-on-year.

The center attributed its achievement to their promoting four tasks - new project development, profitability improvement, governance advancement, and social value creation - with the management vision of 'MICE Hall with dream and joy'

Notably, newly held events regarding AI, smart agriculture, startup, and traditional liquor contributed to adding additional revenue of KRW 1.3 billion.

The center aims to launch the second exhibition hall of Kimdaejung Convention Center in 2025 and is promoting mid-and long-term advancement alternative research services .
