GWANGJU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

On November 12, Gwangju-si signed MOUs with 10 promising AI companies, including Green AI, Myren, JG Powernet, Kato, Coconut Silo, Tenagent, TMC Solutions, and Heritage IT.

These companies will cooperate in the creation of the Gwangju AI ecosystem by establishing regional offices or subsidiaries in Gwangju to pursue AI technologies and commercialization.

They also plan to contribute to creating new jobs by nurturing specialized experts.

Gwangju's mayor said "Gwangju, a local AI innovation hub with infrastructure, customized talent, demonstration projects throughout the city, will provide systematic support for the growth of AI companies."

The city has been building the AI ecosystem by signing MOUs with 244 AI companies to date.
