The 'Automotive Industry Win-Win Agreement Support Project' will focus on bridging the gap between large enterprises and second- and third-tier suppliers while protecting workers.

The program offers incentives such as a win-win job promotion bonus of up to KRW 3.6 million per year, a job stabilization support grant of up to KRW 2 million per year, and health check-up reimbursement of up to KRW 300,000 per person.

Starting next month, the 'Home Appliance Industry Tomorrow Project' will offer job-seeking support for workers, corporate promotion and recruitment support, consulting for home appliance companies, education on technology transfer and patents, product branding and market development support, and support for young workers.

The city will begin recruiting participants for the program on the websites of Gwangju-si, Gwangju Employers’ Federation, and Gwangju Chamber of Commerce from March 24 until the budget is exhausted.
