GWANGJU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

On March 27, Gwangju-si signed a 'Gwangju Strategic Industry Investment Agreement (MOU)' worth KRW 106 billion with 10 companies, including automotive parts and artificial intelligence (AI) companies, at City Hall.

The companies involved in the agreement are HD-Hitec, Gwangwoo R&A, Suin Industry, MPS, I&Tech, YSP, Jeongwon Safety Technology, Switchon, Daewon Information Technology, and SY Company.

These companies are high-value manufacturers linked to Gwangju's core industries such as automotive parts, electronics, molds, and AI components and materials.

The companies will focus on investing in the automotive and AI sectors, which Gwangju City is strategically fostering, to enhance the competitiveness of local industries and create 192 new jobs.

They're expected to secure production bases and strengthen research and development, contributing to the advancement of the local industrial ecosystem.
