Under the agreement, Gwangju-si and the Chinese partners will collaborate on ▲ Sharing innovation resources and outcomes, ▲ AI demonstration and R&D cooperation, and ▲ Developing a platform for AI talent cultivation and expert exchanges.

Gwangju-si expects that this MOU will provide local AI companies with a pathway to enter the Chinese market and enhance global competitiveness through technology and talent exchange.

Gwangju Mayor Kang stated, "In order to transform Gwangju into an AI hub city, we are pushing forward with the development of 1,000 AI companies through the establishment of the National Computing Center, a 2.5 trillion won project, following the first and second stages.
