According to Yonhap News,
UNESCO Coalition of Cities against Discrimination in Asia and the Pacific(APCaD) will be held in Gwangju in May 2012.
According to Gwangju city, members of APCaD in this year's conference in Bangkok agreed to hold the next year's conference in Gwangju.
APCaD was launched in 2004 with the aim of establishing strategies and policies against racism, xenophobia and discrimination for a greater social inclusion.
APCaD has 71 member cities in 21 countries.
