According to Yonhap News,

Three promising cultural content companies have decided to invest 26.8 billion KRW in Gwangju.

Gwangju City Mayor Gang Un-tae signed an investment agreement with representatives of ACEME, B&T Solution and WMC at the business room of the city hall on Jan. 12.

Three companies plan to invest 26.8 billion KRW in Gwangju for the next three years, which is expected to create 400 jobs.

ACEME owns four patents on multimedia, video, hologram and 3D conversion and is pushing 3D converting business with the establishment of ACE Pictures in the U.S. in 2010.

B&T Solution is a professional SW developer specialized in web 3D technology.

WMC is a 3D professional company that produces various advertisements and visual effects.

An official at Gwangju City said, "We will be aggressively engaged in investment promotion by raising 15 billion KRW-worth-Asia Cultural Industry Investment Association Fund for supporting companies that have creativity and technology but don't have financial resources."
