The 14th IRO Korea Contest to Be Held at Kimdaejung Convention Center

According to Yonhap News,

The 14th International Robot Olympiad (IRO) Korea Contest is scheduled to be held from next Monday to Saturday at Kimdaejung Convention Center, according to Gwangju City.

The event, hosted by Gwangju City and co-organized by Gwangju Technopark and Korea Robot Soccer Association, is expected to attract about 20,000 students.

Students will compete in 14 contests including robot dancing, robot soccer and robot design to be included in 200 winners who will participate in the IRO World Contest, to be held in December at Kimdaejung Convention Center.

Korea Robot Exhibition will also be held on the sideline of the competition with 47 domestic and overseas companies that manufacture robots for education, entertainment and service to display their robots.
