According to Yonhap News,
Gwangju tentatively decided to establish Green Town in Sansu, Dong-gu.
The 9,893 square meter-site Green Town will include 112 housings and 30 commercial facilities.
What makes the development project special is that the city will be built with the focus on environmental conservation.
The city will later make a final decision on the project period and method.
