(SEOUL = Yonhap News) Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA) announced that it will hold “venture investment consulting sessions” in five different areas by November.
The consulting session is to expand investment in local venture start-up companies with great growth potential. It will provide the companies with opportunities to have meetings with venture capital investment experts.
Also, the SMBA plans to hold lectures that introduce the government’s various supporting policies for venture start-up companies.
The SMBA held the consultation session at Gwangju Kimdaejoong Convention Center on April 16, and more than 100 businesses and 20 venture capital investment companies attended the event.
The SMBA will also hold the consultation sessions in Busan in next month, Daegu in June, Osong and Wonju in November.
