(ULSAN=Yonhap News) Ulsan City announced on September 13 that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly and Cooperative City with Vladivostok, Russia to establish a foundation for exchages with the new northern country.

Both cities agreed to promote exchanges between the cities and cooperate in various fields for mutual development.

They also decided to strengthen exchange and cooperation in fields including administration, culture, tourism and transportation.
