ULSAN < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Ulsan-si announced that Kim Doo-kyum, Mayor of Ulsan met with John Whittingdale, Britain's trade envoy to South Korea on Aug. 30 at the city hall's reception room to discuss mutual exchange and cooperation plans.

It was his first visit to Ulsan since he was appointed in May as the Prime Minister's Trade Envoy to South Korea.

On the day, they particularly talked about the cooperation plans including policies regarding hydrogen industry sector, as well as the relevant technologies.

Before visiting the city hall, he went to the Hyundai Heavy Industries so as to share opinions about the shipbuilding and marine cooperation.

A city official said, "the Envoy's visit to Korea is expected to allow more invigorated exchanges in multiple fields."
