This year, cities across regions and continents will be recognized, and an online award ceremony will take place at 6 PM (Korean time) on the same day.

Ulsan will be named one of the Rising Startup Cities in Asia during the ceremony.

Earlier, in May, Ulsan entered the "2025 Global Startup Ecosystem Index" for the first time, which is also ranked by StartupBlink. Among Korean cities, Ulsan ranked fourth after Seoul, Daejeon, and Busan.

To stimulate the startup and innovation ecosystem, Ulsan opened the "Ulsan Startup Hub" in the first half of the year, establishing infrastructure for budding enterprises.
