On December 5th, Ulju-gun, UIsan-si announced that it has selected five companies—Jeung Won Machine, Kukil Inntot, Bando E&T, Myungsung C&P, and Saito—as the "2025 Ulju Export Excellence Companies" for their contributions to local export growth.

This award is given to Ulju-based companies that achieve an annual exports of over USD 500,000, aiming to strengthen the global competitiveness and export capabilities of local businesses.

The main achievements of these companies are as follows. Jeung Won Machine achieved exports of USD 1.83 million in gears and sprockets; Kukil Intote recorded exports of USD 2.2 million in seals and couplings, Bando E&T achieved exports of USD 1.13 million in plate heat exchangers for petrochemical plants, Myungsung C&P recorded exports of USD 1.14 million in plant piping equipment, and Saito recorded exports of USD 930,000 in eco-friendly materials.

Notably, Myungsung C&P and Saito made their first entry into overseas markets, achieving exports of USD 1.14 million and USD 930,000, respectively.

Ulju-gun plans to present certificates of appreciation to this year's export excellence companies at the "Ulju SME's Night" event on December 16th and provide them with the benefit of priority participation in future Ulju-gun overseas marketing projects.

An official from Ulju-gun said, "We will continue to provide administrative support to help Ulju County businesses seize greater opportunities in the global market."
