According to Yonhap News,

Ulsan City announced its plan to sell sites of General Industrial Complex and invite applications for the development of National Industrial Complex.

According to Ulsan, the area of General Industrial Complex is 388,445㎡ (a total of 75 lots) including Maegok 2, 3 Industrial Complex and Jungsan 2 Industrial Complex. Application will be accepted until April 15th.

The parcel prices are KRW 362,000 per ㎡ for Maegok 2, 3 Industrial Complex and KRW 346,000 per ㎡ for Jungsan 2 Industrial Complex.

The City plans to invite project operators to develop Ijin neighborhood park within Onsan National Industrial Complex and the area of 398,000㎡ nearby SK Energy as industrial sites.

Preferred companies and tenant companies will be selected by April 22nd.

The invited industries are primary metal manufacturing, metal processing, and petro-chemical manufacturing industries.
