According to Yonhap News,

Manufacturers in Ulsan are negative about the economy in August.

The Bank of Korea's survey on 240 companies in the region found that the business sentiment index (BSI) declined 6 points to 85 in August.

The BSI of economic condition, sales, production and profitability projection fell from 1 to 8 points.

The BSI of manufacturing sector stood at 93 in July, 10 points decline from June's 103 points. However, the BSI of non-manufacturing sector was 97 in July, an increase of 5 points from the previous month.

Businesses cited rising commodity prices(24.7%), sluggish domestic consumption(12.1%) and uncertain economic condition(11.5%) as difficulties.
