According to Yonhap News,

Ulsan city signed a friendship agreement with Basrah, Iraq's biggest industrial city, on October 5th.

The agreement was signed with mayors of Ulsan and Basrah in attendance.

The two cities agreed to increase exchanges in all areas including administration, economy, culture, education and tourism.

The two cities also agreed to promote economic exchanges as a representative trade port and industrial city.

Basrah is a city of 1.8 million population and the size of 19,070 km2.
