Ulsan to Support Arts and Culture in 2014

(ULSAN = Newsis) The city of Ulsan will support some KRW 860 million to vitalize and preserve the city’s culture and arts in 2014.
The city announced on 2 December that it confirmed the “2014 culture and arts support project initiative.”
A total of KRW 859 million, which comprises the governmental support of KRW 423 million and city’s own budget of KRW 436 million, was set to support the city’s three types of culture and art organizations and artists in seven different fields.
The city will choose two organizations (from KRW 5 million to KRW 20 million) and one individual artist (from KRW 4 million to KRW 5 million).
The applications will be accepted via the National Culture and Arts Support System.
