Russia's Tomsk to Learn from Ulsan’s Economic Policy
(ULSAN = Newsis) A group of representatives from Tomsk, Russia is in Ulsan until March 1 to learn from the cases of the city’s successful industrial complexes.
The group is led by Andrei Antonov, Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region for economy, and it comprises 9 other representatives from five organizations.
