(ULSAN = Yonhap News) The city of Ulsan announced on April 10 that it will accept applications from the businesses that wish to move in during the second phase of the Gilcheon General Industrial Complex development project.
The project is to develop an industrial complex with a total of 487,000m including 280,000m2 of industrial sites and 207,000m2 of public sites.
The complex is close to expressways, National roads and KTX Ulsan Station, and offers sites at a lower cost, allowing the businesses to establish factories without delay.
Auto manufacturers and other machinery and equipment manufacturers are eligible to move in the complex. The land price is expected to be set at KRW 885,000 per 3.3m2.
Application form can be downloaded from the city’s official website (www.ulsan.go.kr). The city will accept the applications by June 10.
