(ULSAN=NEWSIS) AUlsan City announced February 23 that it has completed the land evaluation for the construction of the first stage of the Ulsan High Tech Valley General Industrial Complex.
The construction of the first stage (area: 227,329 ㎡, investment: KRW 53.8 billion) will begin in the second half of 2015 and complete it by 2017.
The city will focus on attracting electronic parts manufacturers, electric device manufacturer and processed metal products manufacturers.
The project has been delayed over a long time due to the weak investment sentiment of companies following the economic recession at home and abroad.
The city will invest KRW 180.7 billion in the establishment of the Ulsan High Tech Valley (206,2000 ㎡) for smooth supply of high-tech industrial facilities.
