Infrastructure
The redevelopment project is to secure the waterfront areas and develop the hinterland areas as a tourist attraction and redevelop the 1.53 million ㎡ area that includes the pier 1,2,3 and 4 of the Busan Port, the Busan Station and the international and domestic passenger terminals.
The Busan Port, which is located at the center of the Southeast coast tourism belt, is adjacent to the Busan Station and the 1st commercial zone of Busan, which will be the starting point of the Eurasian land bridge, and the Lotte World Tower, the largest shopping mall and theme park in Korea. In this regard, the area will become not only a business hub for the West Busan area but also an international business town.
